Guthi Bhoj Reveals Employees’ True Colors; Prashant Reportedly Bullied

All the Employees from Advice Ninja participated in the Guthi Bhoj. The Bhoj was so good that employees shattered their mommas’ hearts as they skipped dinner afterwards.

A Guthi is a traditional Newar socio-religious trust that has existed for centuries in Nepal. It organizes members to manage rituals, festivals, temple upkeep, and social duties. Many Guthis historically funded these activities through land ownership. The system continues to preserve Newar culture and community identity today.

Sources confirm that the food tasted spectacular. While some employees initially attempted to decline additional servings in the name of self-control, witnesses observed clear internal conflict, as plates somehow continued to refill. Despite the collective attempts at moderation, the Guthi Bhoj ultimately exposed what analysts are calling “true character under culinary pressure.” Plates were cleared with efficiency, second servings were strategically negotiated, and dietary discipline was temporarily suspended.

There was, however, one unanimous agreement: the only underwhelming component of the feast was the flat rice. What followed has since been described as the most coordinated act of passive aggression in recent office history. Employees began quietly transferring their unwanted flat rice onto the plate of Prashant Rayamajhi (Senior Developer, Advice Ninja), effectively appointing him the official custodian of surplus carbohydrates.

Prashant sadly quoted,

I feel betrayed.

In what sources describe as a desperate attempt to reclaim justice, was threatened with a Glock 19 and RPG-7 to refrain him from talking, but nothing goes overlooked by Ninja News.

An anonymous source commented,

Well, a Pessi fan deserves it.

Despite the redistribution incident, the Guthi Bhoj was officially labelled a cultural and culinary success, with minor casualties.
