Dominic James Logo Voting Results Revealed- Nepalese Employees’ Votes Questioned by Conaill

The voting event organised to decide the logo for Dominic James has concluded, with employees from Cobalt Licensee, WIAA, and Advice Ninja taking part in what was expected to be a straightforward process but quickly escalated into an emotionally charged office spectacle. One of the challengers, Conaill Keniry, has since claimed clear favouritism from Advice Ninja voters, despite arriving with what many assumed would be a healthy dose of traditional Irish luck.

The platform used to carry out this supposedly controlled and “successful” voting process was ninjavote.com.au, with access restricted to pre-approved email addresses to ensure voting integrity, transparency, and at least the appearance of fairness. The event was hosted to decide on a logo for Dominic James, a new real estate business that unintentionally became the stage for internal alliances to surface. A total of 21 voters, all employees from Cobalt Licensee, WIAA, and Advice Ninja (with challengers and developer excluded) participated in selecting the winning design. The challengers for this event were two fiercely competitive designers: Safal Dhami (Advice Ninja, Senior Ninja) and Conaill Keniry (WIAA, Founder), the latter reportedly disappointed to discover that “the luck of the Irish” does not automatically apply to internal office votes.

“Definitely Nepalese employees voted in favour of Safal” - said Conaill.

Out of twenty-one votes cast, Conaill received eight, while Safal claimed victory with thirteen, a result that immediately triggered post-vote analysis. Observers noted that teams appeared to lean heavily toward their own internal contender’s design, reinforcing the long-standing belief that objectivity disappears the moment colleagues recognise a name. Conaill remarked that Advice Ninja voters showed unanimous enthusiasm for Safal’s design, suggesting that even shamrocks, folklore, and centuries of Irish fortune were no match for workplace loyalty.

“I call for an investigation for the denial of the accusations made on me and my beloved fellow coworkers,” quoted Safal, bravely demanding transparency from a process he had just won.

The investigation was promptly handed to Prashant Rayamajhi (Advice Ninja, Developer), who discovered that all Advice Ninja employees did indeed vote for Safal Dhami. However, the inquiry also revealed that all employees from What If Advice + Accounting (WIAA) had equally united behind Conaill Keniry, confirming that while luck may be Irish, voting patterns remain aggressively predictable.

“It was a fair and fiercely competitive event, complete with tears, triumphs, and the realisation that luck has a limited jurisdiction,” added Benjamin James Collins (Director of WIAA and Advice Ninja).

The results can be viewed via ninjavote.com.au, for those still searching for four-leaf clovers or alternative explanations.

With the logo now decided, Dominic James moves forward with a fresh new identity; one forever linked to an office rivalry that briefly overshadowed superstition, probability, and Irish optimism.

Just as the dust settled, a new challenge was immediately accepted. Proposed by Samridhdi Sthapit, Conaill Keniry has agreed to go head-to-head once again, presumably hoping the next round aligns better with ancient Celtic forces.

The deadline is Friday, 23rd January. Stay tuned, and prepare to vote once again, with confidence and "loyalty."
